Train Town Catering Co. was established in 1990, & it is a division of  The Casa Lu Al Restaurant and Lounge. Through our catering services we have created a way to bring elegance and great service to any and all occasions. Listed below is a brief summary of our catering menu, many other item are available upon request. Let us help plan your next event to reflect the appropriate mood for you and your guests. No matter large or small, casual or formal we are here to make your event a tremendous success and an unforgettable affair!

Buffets- Great for weddings, Anniversary parties, or any type of function.

• The B & O Railroad Buffet- Choice of one meat & pasta (except prime rib)
• The Pennsy Special Buffet- Choice of two meats (except prime rib)
• The Norfolk & Western Buffet- Choice of prime rib and one meat
• The Broadway Limited Grand Buffet
  • All Buffets include choice of rice or potato, hot vegetable, rolls and butter, salad choice, and beverage.

Appetizers- Add a sense of elegance to any occasion.

• Fresh Veggie Tray w/ Dip
• Fresh Fruit Tray (Variety depends on season)
• Salsiccia & Peppers- Italian Sausage w/ Peppers, Onions, and Marinara
• Asparagus Wraps- Fresh Asparagus Hand Wrapped in Italian Cold Cuts
• Shrimp Cocktail (Combo available w/ Mock Crab Meat)

Boxed Lunches-  Our lunches will do wonders for your next business lunch or get-together.

• Chilled Box Lunch (Deli Fresh sandwich, fresh fruit & dip, with double chocolate chip cookie.)
• Hot Lunch w/ Salad & Cookie
  • Beverages Optional

Carry-Out Party Helpers (Pick-Up Only) Serves 8-10

• Rigatoni-Marinara or Meat Sauce
• Ravioli-Marinara or Meat Sauce
• Lasagna
• Tossed Salad & Dressing
• Breadsticks

• General Policies
  • If possible, menu arrangements should be completed 2 weeks before scheduled function.
  • China, Glassware, and linens are all available through Train Town Catering Co.
  • At time of final arrangements, a deposit of 50% will be required.
  • Final Guest counts are required 48 hours prior to the function.
  • The final 50% payment is due in full at the time of drop-off or completions of function
  • The customer is responsible for all decorations, unless prior arrangements are made.
